Target stores to stop accepting personal checks

Target Corp. says customers soon will no longer be able to use personal checks as payment at its stores "due to extremely low volume" of the payment method.

customers are not happy. target changing its policies again. not sure it will matter or not.

I'm surprised they still did.

Cash is still needed, but cards have pretty much taken over for checks, Debit and pre-loaded ones especially.
