False. The federal government makes no distinction between Latino/Hispanic and “whites” in their statistics. So it is more like 50 - 60% are killed from other whites.

In fact, there are more total number of blacks that are offenders in homicides than total of white non-Hispanics, despite the fact that the black population is a fraction of the white population.
