.......I just went to 2 graduation/award ceremonies--at mostly white schools
at one, they gave the highest award to a black--even though it is over 90% white
at the other, they gave out 2 awards--1 to a white girl, the other to a black guy--even though the school is mostly white.....this tells me that OBVIOUSLY they got the awards somewhat based on skin color
...I might understand one school doing it, but not 2
