Syria may replace S-300 with Chinese systems

Reports have emerged that suggest Syria and China are negotiating the delivery of air defense systems HQ- and 22. The systems might even be free.
The problem with the S-300 is that Syria has no actual control over it and can´t use this system for its actual purpose.
Russia is reportedly not allowing to use it against the permanent Israeli attacks and they virtually control the system so it can´t be used.
