The only issue is a failure to pay ASCAP fees. The band has no claim on who can play their music for whatever reason as long as the fees are paid.
I hope a hardcore righty uses Survivor's music incessantly just in spite. The Pretenders learned that they couldn't stop Limbaugh from using their music because the licensing was paid for.
Idiots of Survivor should stfu and just be grateful for the paid promo.
