Nancy Guthrie search: Third alleged ransom deadline missed as investigators pursue 'new leads'

Authorities still have no suspects or persons of interest in the Nancy Guthrie case after a third alleged ransom deadline was missed on Tuesday. The deadline passed without proof of life or resolution for the Guthrie family, though the Pima County Sheriff's Office said it was pursuing “new leads.”

I have this theory. The FBI is working this case. Notwithstanding their evils (e.g., deep state election influence ops, etc...), they are usually very good and efficient at identifying suspects and unraveling these cases. My thought is that the kidnappers are in Mexico. First, they should have already arrested someone and recovered the victim or her body. However, if the perp and victim are in Mexico, that creates a serious obstacle that will delay the investigation. Second, Trump got involved. Why? Because he is acting, as only the president of the USA can, to pressure the Mexico to go pickup these perps. Now, with the surveillance photo released today, it is almost a certainty that Mexicans are involved. You can tell from the masked perp's short, stocky stature that he is most likely a Mexican.

This leads to yet another question: Is one of the deadly cartels responsible for this? Could be. With Trump's brilliantly executed border enforcement in full force and effect, the coyote stream of income has dried up for them, as has the sex and drug trafficking. Plus, those cartel folks are known to kidnap and ransom Americans all the time. Finally, for those who do not know, the Guthrie home is very close to the Mexican border. Guthrie was the perfect target for such a thing.

The Drug Cartels don't like to draw attention to themselves. A high profile abduction like this would be highly unusual. I don't think so but it's anyone's guess at this point. I'm sticking with a long, well planned abduction that went bad quickly e.g. Nancy Guthrie's blood drops on the floor and porch.

I wish I could say I have some really clever, developed theory on what went on here but now, after 10 days, I'm more at a loss than ever.
I have absolutely no clue what's going on with this case.
I know one thing: it's a tragedy. Other than that, I cannot even come up with a rational theory as to what's going down.

Well, if you had bothered to read my post, I clearly state that the cartels' revenues have been slashed due to Trump's border enforcement (human smuggling, drug smuggling, etc... all substantially diminished thanks to Trump). They already dabble in ransoming Americans. But now they raised the ante and went for big money as a replacement income stream (at least until another Dem scumbag slithers into office).

I don`t think so and I think these people absolutely will be caught. Hijacking an armored car would be less risky than what these people did. We have a couple thousand miles of border, and no president has ever been able to seal it off and I don`t think our village idiot is the guy to do it. Right now, he has something more important to worry about.
