Sure Signs The White House Is Desperate

I had posted last month or so that if Obama really dumped Biden it would be a sure sign they were getting frantic. But at that time there was no indication he would. Why should he? Biden really hasn't been that bad, considering.
But here is confirmation it is coming. When it is reported like this, people in power are discussing it.
