Supreme Court rules 5-4 in Trump's favor, clearing way to terminate $250m in "DEI" education grants

So will Clarence Thomas and every female on the court.
Oh, I guess Thomas isn't black since he's the good boy and sucks the white mans dick like he's instructed to do.

White man, stop denying what's going on.
Egads, how racist can you be?

As the title says, the Supreme Court handed President Trump a win, vacating a lower court order staying his action on freezing/terminating $250 million in DEI education grants. The majority indicated plaintiffs had no standing, and were not likely to suffer harm from the move. The ruling allows Trump to proceed.

Just another clear example of lower activist courts just ruling against Trump just to rule against Trump, to hell with the laws.

Sounds like you've had a couple, how was it?

Let the lower court judicial impeachments begin.
We don't need no stinkin' impeachments, we just need the USSC or Congress to tell ALL the District Courts that their rulings are ONLY in their District. Any wider ruling requires the USSC. (Besides, we don't have 67 Senate votes to impeach)

I didn't agree with the lower court but had greater disagreement with folks getting their nose out of joint for their impatience and wanting to change our judicial system because things didn't initially go their way.
Our Judicial system absolutely sucks. It has become EXACTLY what the Founding Fathers didn't want it to be -- Political.

SCOTUS needs to handle it or the Judiciary will simply be ignored at best, torn down at worst.

Point out to us where in the Constitution it says that any One of 677 District Court Judges, unelected, unaccountable, unanswerable to The People, have the right to stop a POTUS that was elected by ALL The People. I will await your answer while I point out that

Judges rule on rules that they have say the rules have the rule to rule on any rule they rule that they can rule on.

IOW, it's ALL Bullshit. Know where the Judiciary gets their power to rule on Executive matters? From Court Rulings. So my bullshit interpretation is accurate.

IOW, the Judiciary thinks they have th epower to make up the rules as they go along. We've heard that analogy a million times but in this case, it is literally true.

The Judiciary is "Because I said So"

Let me guess...they're "racists"? (eye roll)
If this were an anti-Black racist, it would have been banned years ago.

But, as we all know, Black People can't be racist.

The people that run this place are cowards

As current practices clearly show, the lower courts will do as they please and tie up the SCOTUS with frivolous crap and you might get a ruling in two or three years. The judiciary needs to be barred from political activism and yeah, I agree, they should not make rulings in cases not originating in their districts.

No one is surprised the wholly owned supreme court (AKA SC(r)OTUS) ruled in tRump's favor.

The Founding Fathers explicity didn't want the Judiciary involved in politics or political decisions.

If the Legislative Branch had(s) a problem with the executive, the Judiciary might want to act as arbitration. If a Bad Bill is passed, SCOTUS can step in and say, "We can't enforce this as written. It sucks. Re-write it." Or they might just shitcan the while bill and the Legislative and Exec can re-write it and start over.

But the Judiciary is acting like they're in Charge. They are not. In fact, many people, including me, don't believe the Judiciary is a co-equal Branch of Government.

You know how the Judiciary became an equal Branch of Government? The Judiciary ruled that they were an equal branch.

What kind of fucking bullshit is that?? They think they're God? They think that any one of 677 District Court Dildo Judges can stop a POTUS in his tracks? Nationally?

The Judiciary needs to be brought to heel. Soon. They serve a purpose but we can survive without them if they get too big for their breeches.

AND, TO BE BLUNT, WE'RE ALMOST AT THAT POINT
