You also can't deport them if they have US citizens family members, like Kilmar's wife and children.

Obama threatened jail time unless they deported voluntarily.
So there were no forced deportations by Obama.

Our judicial system, including the Supreme Court, is destroying the credibility of our laws if not our whole government.

It is only judges who give our legal system any credibility at all.
Legislators pass illegal legislation all the time, like Prohibition, the War on Drugs, adult sex laws, etc.
Judges have to catch them and ensure even the good laws are applied correctly.
