In Delaware County, Pa., a lawsuit against former Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and 2020 election voting machine warehouse supervisor James Savage is
alleging that election fraud and evidence destruction occurred in the 2020 election, according to The Epoch Times.
The suit was brought by 2020 Republican state House candidate Ruth Moton and state residents Leah Hoopes and Gregory Stenstrom. Both Hoopes and Stenstrom provided testimony with Rudy Giuliani to the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee's hearing in November 2020 on election fraud. Stenstrom was a GOP poll watcher for the 2020 election in Delaware County.
According to the lawsuit, "Defendants intentionally and fraudulently conspired to and did destroy, delete, secrete, and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which the Defendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020 election."
Last week, Judge John Whelan from the Delaware Court of Common Pleas was assigned to hear the case, The Epoch Times reported.
