The conspiracy to collude with a foreign adversary is there. The key will be if Mueller can prove that trump knew Russia was behind the emails that Wikileaks was pushing out. US Intel has proven that Wikileaks is an arm of Russian Intel.
There are so many areas where trump could be liable...

I doubt he will be indicted. But FOX will not be happy to learn that Julian Assange was directing their programming. Or, more to the point, they won't be happy when everyone learns this.
