I buy the 'natural' peanut butter where the oil separates and needs to be stirred up. I read a tip for making this easy. Just turn the new jar upside down a few times over a week or so before opening. The oil and peanut butter will 'self mix' requiring just a little mixing by you. Store in refrig to keep it from separating. I just did this and it worked great!

I've done it but i am not a patient sort so I usually just try to spoon around the oil as best as I can.

I bought some the other day. I think it was $3.99. What I think is even better is the machines where you load the peanuts and crank the handle. All raw and definitely a better taste for my palette. I'd like to get one of those machines, so have too look into it. Would be great to grind cashews, hazel, almond, and macadamia.
