• Immigrants in the country illegally who pay taxes using an ITIN would also retroactively become eligible for a payment under the CARES Act enacted in late March.
• A tax policy group estimated that if the HEROES Act became law as written, about $16.4 billion would go toward households of ITIN filers or of mixed status.

If the children were born to a legal resident or a US citizen parent here in the USA then they are US citizens .And they must have a valid Social Security Number to qualify for the money.No illegal aliens including children will get anything.

They should get dick. While Obama was President in 2008, Congress handed out tax rebates to most American taxpayers, except for the spouses of immigrants who didn’t have Social Security numbers.
