Steve Bannon says trump needs to COURTMARTIAL General Mark Milley

Milley will be ruined financially fighting the charges. That's a good punishment.
Wow. Your sickness is right out in the open now!

Lawfare against the innocent.

I honestly cannot think of a single thing you tards have projected onto others of which you are the ones who are not guilty.

You're ok with it when it's done to Trump.

Milley is guilty of treason. No one is above the law. Right?
Milley is not guilty of treason, you dumb gaslighted rube.

Like I said. It isn't going to work no matter how much shit you seditionist fellow travelers throw against the wall.

Repeating your lies does not make them one bit truer.

Nope. Wrong yet again. A court-martial provides the accused a defense counsel free of charge.
"Free." lol

A court martial is very unlike a civilian proceeding. They might not even assign a JAG until after questioning you--and questioning you aggressively. You might not even have a chance for alternative disposition.

On top of that, they often have two prosecutors. You have on JAG counsel. And good luck with that JAG lawyer. A wet behind the ears lackey who will be lackluster in your case. You're looking to save your career and your family. He's looking for a bump up the chain.

You know nothing, it seems, about a court-martial works. There will be an Article 31 hearing, with a very experienced JAG defense counsel for a retired four-star general, that would make the recommendation to the court-martial convening officer whether to convene a trial, just for starters, then it gets fun. You have never worked in or for the JAG, obviously. You would be better off consulting the Uniform Code of Military Justice, particularly the following Articles, to understand how it works.
