My takeaway is that 5 WH lawyers are working on the legal justification for Trump to send in the NG to combat "narco-terrorists".
Will SCOTUS agree? Doesn't matter, that will take months.
Will crime be reduced in Chicago? Only if Trump maximizes the pressure, local cops, state cops, FBI, ATF, NG troops, and even using the NSA to eliminate drug gangs.
Can Trump prosecute the criminals, and send them to prison, or will the local DA let them walk?

O'Reilly is right. The President is the only one who can fix this problem because Democrats absolutely refuse to address the actual issue and face it.
Blacks are mass murdering other blacks. They don't want to face that. Refuse to. They 100% would rather it keep happening over and over than have to start policing black people.
They don't want to be the official that puts black people in jail.
So they ignore it. Over and over. The police barely even investigate the murders. It is just another black kid dead. Who cares? They don't.

Democrats painted themselves into a corner again. Sanctuary cities brought in thousands of illegal criminals to her cities. They cant handle the crime they have before that.
