I know lots of people that wanted land first, and a fancy house second, and are living in trailers on their own land, planning to build later.

As the income inequality gap widens, fewer and fewer people will be able to buy real houses. The Repubs want an end to home ownership because the 1% is buying up real estate to rent out to the former middle class, now known as the working poor.

There will come a day, in the not too distant future, when the only way to own a home is to buy a trailer.
