Some people are members of a militia and don't even realize it.

Climbing a wall (or breaking windows) isn't "overthrowing" a government

But you know what is? Setting up "Autonomous Zones" where you actually declare US land under the control of the people who setup the zone, and then blocking first responders.

I can imagine in a dense, concentrated population like Philly there are plenty of places one could shoot from without either being detected or being caught. Especially in areas with abandoned buildings. The locals know the alleys and the places to escape. The Proud Boys wearing masks and terrorizing citizens don't even have the training to detect where a shot was fired from.
