Very simple solution…
Starbucks CEO needs to buy local properties currently inhabited by Starbucks grunt workers. Then rent out these properties to multiple highspanic families per dwelling (democrats won’t complain as that would be xenophobic and these highspanics would become more democrat votes) and then hire these highspanics at half the current rate paid to these white brats.
Mom and dad democrat will become very impatient with their 35-year-old roommate children.

Sometimes I wonder if this has been the game plan over the last few decades - the left wanting to replace workers with automation and then fight for universal basic income so that everyone can collect money without having to work for it.
