I'm REALLY not making excuses for Trump here, but that YouTube video is 2008.
And, understanding Clinton's role in Waco, Randy Weaver, etc, I still see Bill Clinton has a gift for winning people over. As an observer, I recognize that people who meet Bill Clinton, seem to genuinely like him.

As for Hillary, I still don't understand him praising her.
