Confusion over where Barry was born was stoked by Obama himself. He portrayed himself as a "foreign student" in order to get into colleges and get financial aid that he wouldn't have other wise been likely to get! No different than Elizabeth Warren claiming to be of American Indian heritage to game the system. Obama was always good at playing the game.
