It seems that most folks here would rather discuss politics than sports. I'd rather discuss sports but I also will also engage in political discussion. There is more common ground in sports and quite frankly politics is boring to me.

To the Far Left & Left EVERYTHING is POLITICAL .
Politics has always been boring to me as most folks are unable to find mutual agreement like in sports and music.
 
And yet political threads get many more responses than sports threads. God knows I've tried.

We're not emotionally invested in getting along like we are in hating each other.

Yes, it's sad that folks are so partisan in their views.

I really don't GAF about sports other than hockey and open wheel racing anymore.

THe wokesters have turned just about everything else into a SJW nag festival.
