Maybe we need to stop leading in the way we are doing. We should lead by spiritism, man kinds next step. The ancient egyptians believed in cat gods and had all their crazy ideas. That was a step in evolution because that's the level of progress that they were at. Accept the fact that we all incarnate again and again and you have have had many incarnations to experience things we wouldn't otherwise, we are all One. Just because they believed those things, doesn't mean "why didn't god stop them believing that if it weren't true"...
