Jussie the is going to get convicted

The special investigator for the Jussie Smollett case, Dan Webb, has found that the office of State’s Attorney Kim Foxx did not commit any criminal offenses in its handling of the case but that Foxx made several “misleading” statements and “abused the discretion” of her office.

Webb paints a picture of an office in disarray and incompetently managed. The fact that Foxx and her people avoided prosecution may have had more to do with Webb’s lack of confidence that any convictions would come from indictments, than the innocence of the principals involved.

Significantly, Webb did not accuse Foxx’s office of being influenced by Democratic Party power brokers like Tina Tchen, the onetime chief of staff to former first lady Michelle Obama, and Smollett’s sister Jurnee, a prominent Democratic Party activist. However, Webb says that Foxx lied to the press about not continuing to communicate with Jurnee Smollett even after finding out about the case. Also, the two lead prosecutors in the case, acting State’s Attorney Joseph Magats and lead prosecutor Risa Lanier, had “significantly and meaningfully divergent explanations” for why the case against Smollett was dropped.

Another reason why Democrats should never be put in a position of power. They will always abuse it.

Damn that Thomas Jefferson we should give back the Louisiana Purchase. I suggest you recall the prosecuting attorney in charge of the case for ethics violations.

Thomas Jefferson wasn’t a Democrat, dolt.

His party was the Democratic-Republican Party. Entirely different from the modern day “Democratic Party”, which is really the Communist Party of the USA.

The Democratic Party is still the Democratic Party and is not a Communist Party sorry you missed your chance to prove they are. Jefferson felt he overstepped his bounds as president when he purchased the Louisiana purchase.

No, it split, and all the immoral and insane people went to the Democratic Party, and have been there ever since.

No, you don't get to say, "It's still the same party, because LOOK! We use the same words!"

Exactly how many times are you planning to prove to everyone that you have the intellectual abilities of a mentally-challenged 4-year-old before you realize that the best thing you can do for the causes you support is to never, ever talk?

Why am I not surprised that you treat history the way three-year-olds treat cookies? "If I want it, that makes it MINE!"

If changing their policy their beliefs and their points doesn't make them different then I guess they didn't really change the democratic party is the party of Slavery still.

Tina Tchen was in the news again just lately. Seems she was caught aiding Cuomo in attacks on his accusers. Doubly/tripley duplicitous of Tchen seeing as she was prominent in the Times Up movement where hollywood slut women decided to go after the very men they provided sexual services in order to further their careers.

Hollywood 'women' are quitting the organization after she was outted. Surprising they did that. Hypocrites.

I'm highly doubtful that Ms Tchen EVER used sex to further her career. I'm sure it would have had the opposite effect.

She looks like an Asian Andrea Dworkin.
