Live feed right now. They just announced they are aborting the launch due to weather.

I was watching as I do most launches. That program has been having bad luck . They say tomorrow maybe a go for launch.

Bad luck? Not at all, this is how we do it SpaceX.
These rockets are research and development. Launch and see what goes wrong then fix it.
The other side spends 10 years or more getting it right on paper.

2 very different approaches.

I hope for success, it will be great for my SpaceX stock, hopefully. Right now our stock is private. We could go public to raise money if we get the Starship working.

Yesterday they had a "ground control" issue that needed fixing.
Today it's weather related....
(Hurricane)

It's OK....they have done more in less time than NASA ever dreamed about. Usually it's the infighting between engineers that keeps them from accomplishing anything....

With SpaceX, you fight for petty reasons and you get fired. Simple. But most people just want to launch rockets. So many have left NASA because of their political structure.

Launches are only a "bust" if the launch fails. I honestly don't understand why this piqued your attention, Taz.

Sometimes, rocket go boom ... that is what they mean by a "bust"

Not a bust yet. Maybe the weather will be better for it to launch tomorrow.

It is very hard to get fired here. I doubt anyone got fired for petty reasons.

Here is a nice fact, if we get fired SpaceX pays 7k to 15k to the person fired if they go quietly
Trust me when I say upper level executives argue over the dumbest things inside every organization. Especially when accomplishing a lot....as SpaceX has done. I've seen it in every organization I've been a part of and my wife is in the middle of it now as an executive. (Cancer research)

However, one of their own recently came up with cancer....the department head asked about the situation and began giving it his attention.....somehow, miraculously, the schedule for treatment has been sped up.

Just watched the successful launch and landing. There were some scary moments, but it completed its mission with a flap on fire. video of it all. I recommend watching the re -run.
