The American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter to the Department of Social Services in South Dakota last week demanding they stop catheterizing children in order to conduct warrant less drug tests, carried out by the department with the assistance of police and hospital staff.

South Dakota needs to have their heads checked, charged them with rape and stop this bs law of theirs.
They just did this with some grown man in another article they used the same excuse that only a liberal moron would accept as being ok " DRUGS". Drugs are always used as excuse to violate our rights!
