In Arlington and Fairfax counties for local prosecutors.

The money gave Tafti and Descano a significant financial advantage over the incumbents, despite their lack of experience. The Washington Post reported that while the two challengers have never prosecuted a case in a state court, they beat candidates with more than 60 years of experience between them.

Got that? He pours endless money to get two guys elected who’ve never tries a case in court.

Why?

Because they go along with Governor McAuliffe’s push to restore voting rights of convicted felons with they serve their time.

The Washington Free Beacon notes that Soros has funded attorney and prosecutor candidates in states including California, Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, and New Mexico. His preferred candidates have for the most part won their races.

And dummies are going along with this Open Borders slug. They’re letting him buy seats in the legal system. I have no idea what he’s after by doing this.

How do Soros political contributions compare to Koch brothers contributions?

Were you whining when Trump nominated people that had never tried a case to be Fed Judges?

Never prosecuted a case in state court. A strong background as a defense lawyer is usually considered a useful qualification for a prosecutor. So too is work as a prosecutor at the federal level.

As a public defender, Parisa litigated cases of systemic and constitutional issues, advocated to eliminate race, class, and gender bias in criminal proceedings, represented clients in parole proceedings, and obtained the first DNA exoneration in Washington, DC, which led to the discovery of false testimony by an FBI analysis and resulted in the FBI reviewing thousands of past cases. As the legal director of an innocence protection organization, Parisa works to exonerate individuals wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit by investigating and solving decades-old cold cases involving such serious crimes as murder, rape, and arson. As a law professor, Parisa has authored a law review article, demonstrating the need for meaningful national reforms to ensure the reliability of criminal convictions.

About Parisa

Following his academic studies, Steve was recruited through the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the United States Department of Justice. He spent the next six years as a federal prosecutor under the Obama Administration—first as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and later a Trial Attorney in both the Criminal Tax Division and the Consumer Protection Branch. During his time at the Justice Department, Steve aggressively pursued cases in which the privileged and corrupt leveraged their position to take advantage of the poor and vulnerable—successfully prosecuting embezzlement and extortion cases against perpetrators that preyed on immigrant populations and the mentally disabled.
