Some in the FBI Want to Know How Routh Knew Where to Be

Just saying, they need to start their stacking and getting their ducks in a row, as the Bod hearing is already scheduled for Friday. Anybody think he should be released, simply because the charges charged so far, would not warrant denial of bond?
You notice how quick they were to get in front of a microphone this time?

(Ex officials are not in our government)
That's pretty funny right there.....

I did. But, as usual, not that impressed with the amount put out.

Of course, there is a lot, I don't know about the letter of the law, and what can be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt to a 12 person jury. I understand the weapons charges. Though it was not found in his possession, and no pictures shown of him with the weapon. I am hoping there are fingerprints or DNA, or i'm not even sure they can make those stick. I would have thought, there might be something about attempted murder or attempted assassination, as that is what most of us think happened. But, can you prove it as attempted murder or attempted assassination if the named suspect, never fired a shot? Is there a law about simply planning a murder or assassination, where suspect did not fire a shot, and what does it take to prove it. I really would like to see more before the Friday Bond hearing. I know, prosecutors can get away with a lot, against a public defender, but Donny does have enemies. It would not surprised me, that somebody might pay to hire him a real lawyer. Remember, we all expected OJ to be found guilty, and he probably would have, if not for the dream team. High profile incident, could make for a high profile trial.

This whole thing smells. The 1:59am till 2:00pm thing stinks to high heaven. Had to be tipped off and if that's the case, he probably was set up. Then he's bouncing around the country and has something like $300 in his bank account. Smells.....real bad.

Poorly trained minds are more susceptible to certain psychological biases.

Like attributing significant causes to significant events, when the causes are actually mundane.
