Centrists have more ideas and see both sides of the issue that's why they can bring together two different sides of an issue. They understand how to get the best people to work for them and use their intelligence synergistically.

It's like the extreme right or left who think the moderate has no strong feelings. You just don't get it because you aren't one. Hit the right button and a moderate will attack and destoy you just as quick as an extremist, but better.

Having intuition over sensing also helps understand differences.

Bush was not a centrist. He was an extremist. He hired people who didn't have ideas and failed. You're doing a great job Brownie.
