they couldn't impeach biden since they didn't have congress.Republicans are free to question election results. They just have to do it legally like Democrats.

No duality allowed SeaSwab.
REPORT me.
Yeah, even a dumbshit like you figured it out.
So............THAT'S were you get your comments from?
OR..........Is it "Truth" social?
since there wasn't one, not sure your point. Please note. The defense of January 6th not being an insurrection shouldn't be based on the fact it didn't work.
John Hinckley failing to assassinate Ronald Reagan, wasn't a defense.
They didn't impeach Biden because even their MAJORITY had enough sane republicans to know there were no grounds for doing so.they couldn't impeach biden since they didn't have congress.
they are looking into it now. again, impeaching at the start they didn't have any of congress. It was my answer to you. They didn't impeach Biden because even their MAJORITY had enough sane republicans to know there were no grounds for doing so.
Who did that?Really! Again! Are you pretending to be stupid or are you really confused about the difference between challenging results in the courts and plotting to steal the election after those challenges failed?
How can it be an insurrection when no one was charged with insurrection? Please note. The defense of January 6th not being an insurrection shouldn't be based on the fact it didn't work.
John Hinckley failing to assassinate Ronald Reagan, wasn't a defense.
Sounds to me like you are talking about the two Trump impeachments where there was enough sane Republicans to find Trump innocent of Democrats' Trumped up charges. They didn't impeach Biden because even their MAJORITY had enough sane republicans to know there were no grounds for doing so.
They also question every SCOTUS decision that doesn't go their way.Every time they don't get the result they want, they question the election results. But, Republicans aren't allowed to question election results or they are accused of being insurrectionists.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the United States has ‘serious concerns’ about the announced result of Venezuela’s hotly contested presidential election that authorities say was won by incumbent Nicolas Maduro. The Biden impeachment was always just a political stunt. It was like Benghazi investigations. Only meant to sling mud.they are looking into it now. again, impeaching at the start they didn't have any of congress. It was my answer to you.
It's been answered many times through legal semantics. How can it be an insurrection when no one was charged with insurrection?
and the trump impeachments weren't? hahahahaahahhaahaha. It's called interference in a presidency, right? The Biden impeachment was always just a political stunt. It was like Benghazi investigations. Only meant to sling mud.
no it hasn't, no one was ever charged with it.It's been answered many times through legal semantics.
it wasn't, it's why it wasn't reported as it.Trump tried to say his "rape" verdict wasn't rape, since it was sexual abuse, and what he did, didn't constitute "rape" in NY at the time.
well it never happened and she couldn't prove it did. Her own testimony said she made it up.Trumps appeal that Trumps sexual abuse was de-facto rape, and would have been rape as defined in other states.
show me where anything says that?Seditious conspiracy = Insurrection
18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
Especially those they swore under oath to the senate, were precedent. They also question every SCOTUS decision that doesn't go their way.
The Trump impeachments had bi-partisan support.and the trump impeachments weren't? hahahahaahahhaahaha. It's called interference in a presidency, right?
name themThe Trump impeachments had bi-partisan support.
I guess that's the $85 million question.well it never happened and she couldn't prove it did. Her own testimony said she made it up.
so why was no one charged? you all keeping completing loops to the same old nothing.18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;
which she will never see.I guess that's the $85 million question.
