Hunter was convicted of certain crimes, so why not pardon him solely for those?

Instead, a blanket pardon from January 1, 2014, until December 1, 2024.

The big problem is that the pardon is for ANY crime, including those not yet discovered, that was committed at any point during the past 10 years.

There should be some parameters surrounding pardons in that they are granted for specific crimes ONLY.
