The devil's in the details but I'm on board. This is a national disgrace that is not going away on its own. In at some of these cases the police don't even follow their own rules.

frankly at this point any federal law is pointless. There was a time for some action, back in 2020 but the dems voted down even discussing legislation...most states have already passed laws, so it’s best at this point to see what works.

After defunding fails and they need to re-hire alot of police, then we are going to see lower standards and alot of societal dregs hired to fill the ranks!

Cops come from the same streets they patrol and the same class of people they arrest, always have and always will. Under those uniforms they are little more than C students who took the best unskilled job they could find. If smart people became cops we would not be having this problem.
