I realize that common human decency isn't a priority in MAGA world -- it appears, in fact, to be considered some kind of weakness -- but there are millions of people living in horrific conditions in "shit hole countries" through no fault of their own.

So he's not required to speak like that. A man of character and decency wouldn't. A man of character and decency wouldn't spend his life, essentially every day, punching down. And much less a President of the United States.

Everyone knows what he said and everyone knows that is an accurate description. Somalia is good example and Ilin Omar is a fine representative. It has nothing to do with Racism and has everything to do with the rampant corruption, poverty, violence and misery in those countries. Certainly not limited to Africa but as a continent, Africa leads the world in shit holes.
