So now St. Patrick's Day has to be about the Gay

then they can't figure out why people AREN'T more accepting of them

That's your problem, Steffie-Poo.

People ARE MORE ACCEPTING of the gays. That acceptance is growing day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year.

And that's why you're crying like a baby.

You are pushing it too far... You weren't hosed down in the streets or told to use different water fountains... You've parading your Deviancy for Decades on the Public Streets...

People don't have to nor do the "accept" your Deviancy.

Most people "Tolerate" it.

And you are testing that Tolerance day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year.

:)

Bashing Scots and Irish now are you? Why is the left so intollerant of everyone?

I think it was a joke.

is it a joke that the worst insult a liberal can find to throw at someone when they really want to cut to the bone is call them a fag or make a reference to a homosexual activity?

Yep, next comes the joke about how heterosexuals have to worry about pregnancy when having sexual relations

So sad

I think it is terrible for the gays to deflect the true meaning of St. Patrick's day, which is....ah...all about....something or other, green snakes in Ireland, I think.... or maybe sacred shamrocks, or people who hate the British, or something.

Because being Gay is so Horrible that even Liberals use it as a Pejorative Attack when they've got nothing else.™

?Heineken Joins Sam Adams in Boycotting St. Patrick's Day Parade

Last week, Boston Beer Company (the makers of Samuel Adams Lager) decided to pull their sponsorship from the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Boston, and it looks like Heineken is doing the same in New York for Monday's celebrations.

Both brewing companies are doing so to support LGBT community members, after parade organizers ever-so-benevolently allowed LGBT members to march in the parade, but banned them from using any and all signage about sexual orientation. A Heineken spokesperson told CNBC, "We believe in equality for all. We are no longer a sponsor of Monday's parade."...

It's a pretty genius move to take away the second most important part of St. Patrick's day to make a legitimate point. Still, it's unfortunate that people quite literally need to be forced into sobriety to understand how ludicrous the anti-LGBT sentiment really is.

The folks who celebrate St. Patrick's Day is all about getting drunk. Just another holiday to promote drinking and acting like the fool. Gay or straight, it doesn't matter.

They will try and make everything about Gay rights.

Can we stop showing the same goddamned Henry Rollins poster time and again and again and again and again and again and again and again? It's gettin' a little old.

Exactly. Those excluding them have already made it about gays...you'd think there were no gay Irish or gay Irish-Americans.

They can march, they just cannot march under the umbrella of a gay rights organization.

The parade is run by a private group, and as a private group has the right of expression.

Would you like to be forced to have "ex-gay" people march in in your pride parades under the group's banner?

Sure...let them. Bunches of non-gay groups march in gay pride parades...including churches like the Catholic Church and the Mormon Church.
Are they permitted signs that are anti-gay?

So now St. Patrick's Day has to be about the Gay

Anytime and anywhere children might be looking on in holiday or festivities the innocence has to be robbed and transformed into a deviant sex party/example/message.

It's just another manifestation of pedophile-grooming writ large.
