Perhaps the existing rules should be changed in some of those cases, or existing procedures modified, but I don' recall seeing 17 lies pointed out, or 17 incidents where the existing rules were not followed. The FBI even altered one of the written notices, inserting "NOT A" right next to the word "Source" in order to reverse the meaning and then submitted their forgery to the FISA Court.
2. They lied and exaggerated what a great source Steele was and did not clear their lies with Steele's handling agent as they are required to do.
