So Biden wants to INCREASE CO2 by importing oil from Venezuela, and other countries THAT create THE MOST CO2!

The below chart shows the top countries that produce CO2 while producing oil products.
Note that Biden's ignored the USA's lower output by his banning exploration...and this crap by Biden/Psaki that there are over
9,000 leases untapped, IS A LIE!
Biden banned in just 7 days from taking office, the exploration on land that produces 24% of our nation's oil/gas !
Look what this "climatelista" Biden is looking towards that will INCREASE C02 production by increasing their oil output!
Venezuela , Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, all greater than USA in CO2 production!
And yet Biden wants them to increase production...WHILE BANNING USA PRODUCTION!

And remember JOE wants to destroy fossil fuel industry.
During the final debate of the 2020 election, President Joe Biden did something unheard of for a major presidential candidate: He vowed to end the use of fossil fuels. “I would transition from the oil industry,” Biden said, in response to a pointed question from then-President Donald Trump.
“It has to be replaced by renewable energy over time.”
SO by importing oil from countries that create more CO2 than the USA Biden is going to INCREASE CO2
emissions! For what reason folks?

Exactly.

Why wouldnt we want to drill in the US under our strict regulations rather than stealing the natural resources from a poor country that pollutes?
Out regulations on public lands aren't that strict. You actually think the US steals natural resources from other countries? Which countries?

If nothing else if he is worried about c02 then why is he importing it? It creates c02 by those ships and trucks that are required to get it here.

Yeah let's decrease c02 by shipping the shit in giant ships instead of making it here. That shit makes no sense.

But I get it. He is like a fat guy standing on his porch getting applause from his neighbors as he tells them how he started eating better. Meanwhile doordash is dropping off a bag of big Macs at the backdoor.

All modern oil tankers are double walled. They are pretty safe.

Right. Don't disagree they are much safer.
But is 1 million barrels traveling 1 mile in a double walled oil tanker on the open ocean really a
safer transport than 700 barrels traveling 1 mile in a pipeline with 16 monitors every 600 feet ON drylands?
Especially when the "experts" tell us dry land is better for spill containment than water?
And I provide proof..
David Valentine, Professor of Earth Science and Biology at UCSB, (what is Surada's expertise?)))
says it is better to have soil spills than ocean spills:
“In general, spills to soil are more contained than spills to water, and thus cleanup is more straightforward.
Damage is often lesser for soil spills. For this reason an aquatic spill (including marine) tends to be more harmful than a spill to soil.”

Linda Krop, Chief Counsel at the Environmental Defense Center (EDC) in Santa Barbara, California, agrees. “Spills in soils cause less damage and are easier to clean up effectively.” She adds that pipelines are unlike other modes of oil transportation because they can have safety features that make large leaks preventable:

So again why are you arguing against the simple premise...
1,000,000 barrels is a larger number than 700 barrels?
And that's what I'm asking... given the experts above, given the monitoring, given dry land to reduce any spills'
damages versus open ocean... why is it so difficult to answer that simple question?

All modern oil tankers are double walled. They are pretty safe.
And while they are safer,
70% of crude oil and petroleum products are shipped by pipeline.
23% of oil shipments are on tankers and barges over water.
Trucking only accounts for 4% of shipments, and
rail for a mere 3%
Tanker spills
The total volume of oil lost to the environment from tanker spills in 2020 was approximately 1,000 tonnes.
one tonne is equal 7.33 barrels or 7,330 barrels. from 23% of all oil shipped.

The United States is the world's largest producer of oil; by nearly double the runner up.

Nope. US oil companies pay for oil. Most companies do a 50-50 revenue split once they get infrastructure in place. Some concessions run 50 years..like Aramco

Yep. Trump placed sanctions on Venezuela in 2018 so we increased imports from Russia.
Putin wasn't causing trouble when Trump was president....Trump holding Russia ACCOUNTABLE for any such transgressions prevented Putin from invading another country.

Biden and the other dems be kind to their pets or back down to their pets ---Communists (Russia) and Socialists (Venezuela) has created this mess---the fucking huge ass mess again.
