The ONLY reason people travel to the USA for treatment is because they're VERY RICH, and can afford it. The USA is the only nation in the first world which sells its health care to the highest bidder, while leaving millions of your own citizen with little to no access.

My new knee cost me $80 - for pain meds when I came home, because my drug copay is $100 per year, and I hadn't paid it yet. Plus the $27 I spent on a TV rental while in hospital.
