No, that's not how it went.

Just posting the photos found on the laptop would have been damaging enough. Guiluani knew the MSM would spin. The NY Post is no more biased than the Washington Post. The NY Times is very biased. Guiliani knew the NY Post, which does lean right, would publish the material without trying to sugar coat it. The same could not have been said about the traditional media. They still have a lot of power and influence to quickly change a narrative, true or not.
