Pretty crazy read, what makes this one different is he was able to video his last days as he was trapped due to a snowstorm. As someone who was a veteran hiker and had lots of experience with the outdoors, it wasn't his lazy, ill prepared trip that was most shocking, it was that he could have found rescue if he set out on an old camp road near the latrine he sheltered in.
