Thats usually because the white kids ARE ACTUALLY on a psych drug to treat some disorder or another. It's usually something mind altering that deadens normal feelings and thats an unfortunate fact. I do feel bad for some kid who plays with a toy in a public park and gets shot by a cop who was fired from his last job for mental instability. That's just kind of fucked up.
