Of course the Rosa Parks thing was orchestrated. That's not even a secret. She was a civil rights activist who deliberately set out to commit an act of civil disobedience in order to get arrested and challenge the unjust law under which she was arrested.

I have no problem with that. That's completely different from inventing a crime that never happened.

you know, I was thinking about this this morning, his intentions were to create a chaos condition in the US. He was using a fake hate crime to invoke a hate crime. his hate of one man and his followers, made him so crazy that he wished to falsely accuse 63 million of hate, which, now we learn he had in his veins. he should be charged with a felony of trying to create civil unrest.

Can't see it any other way. He intended for his fake letter and aspirin powder to outrage americans, he admitted such to the two brothers. Because it didn't fester as he intended, he went further.into what he intended to do. Yes, as Comey said Intentions are the key to crime. Attempting a civil war was his intentions.

It doesn't matter if the Rosa Parks thing was orchestrated or not. The goal was to get the issue of mandated segregation on buses to the courts, and the only person who would have standing to do so would be someone convicted of breaking the law.

The same thing was done by Plessey in Plessey V. Ferugeson, when Plessey intentionally sat in a whites only rail car to force the police to arrest him, the courts to convict him, so he would have standing to challenge the segregation law in question.

Martin Luther King Jr. routinely committed acts of civil disobedience to draw attention to unjust laws. It's an admirable thing to do, so long as it's done the right way.

Inventing crimes that never happened at all is not the same thing.

And the key to that method is to get arrested, pay the fine/serve the time, and then go out and do the same thing AGAIN.

If you're not willing to be arrested and go to court and be tried, you're never going to have a chance to challenge the law and have it struck down. So yeah.
