Besides exemption from qualifying for future Open Championships, he got a 5 year exemption for the Masters, US Open and PGA Championships and exemptions for a number of Invitational tournaments next year.

He had an interesting comment during a post-victory interview. The question was after his second bogey of the final round, how were you able to refocus? He said someone in the gallery yelled "Harmon you haven't got the stones for this!" He said that was all he needed to get back on track. LOL.
