Slip Out the Back Jack

Anyone who doesn't question the manner in which this was done, particularly since they HAD 20 years to plan an exit, just isn't seeing the world correctly.

This is all on Biden, but damn if there are not some 4-stars that were in charge of that shit show that should lose their pension and do some serious time as an E-1. Like 10 to 15.
Getting the military out is relatively simple. The problem is the civilian workforce, American, allies and Afghani support. There was never a well-made plan. The Military part is more a security mission and air transport at the airport. The problem is State Department, Executive Branch (uncle Joe) and then the military, but it all goes back to the mission creep that allowed the mission to morph into nation building. The person that took us there couldn't get the military to accomplish the mission, so he started another war for better headlines, and we're still there also. Obama should have had us out of there within 6 months of accomplishing our mission, but I guess there was still money to be made. Donny campaigned about it, but once in office, apparently there was still money to be made.
Joe is stuck with it. He gets credit for doing it, but not for execution, as pulling out, somewhat under fire with tens of thousands of civilians is and always will be a messy operation. Sometimes it sucks to be the man that has to be responsible.

He was in no way, shape, or form, being responsible.

The problem is a matter of logistics. Plain and simple.

The same logistics that gets an army into a theater is one that will get them out of a theater.

You pull the civilians and allies first. Those who were told that they would be protected if they helped us, go next.

Then in an ever contracting ring, you pull in assets and military personnel.

Never leaving a single bullet, a radio, or even dirty underwear.

If you need a year to do it, you take a fucking year to do it.

THAT is being responsible.

Really/ That simple?

How did Dunkirk go?

That simple. Dunkirk has nothing to do with anything. Try harder if you want to deflect.

Our military, at least under competent leadership, was the very best at logistics.

Hard to do when the vegetable-in-chief tells them to cut and run.
