She broke the law. The only reason she wasnt charged is because the DOJ said she didnt have ill intent.m, but "intent" isnt rellevent when it comes to that crime. That law was invented to stop people from accidentally taking home documents in the first place. Intent doesnt matter, yet Hillaruly got the DOJ to give her an exception.

I think he was being a gracious president by not locking up his opponents. Had he known what democrats were going to do, he probably wouldnt have extended that courtesy.

All that ^ shit doesnt exist anymore though. Democrats broke that tradition and the precedent has been set. There is NO doubt that this will boomerang back to dems now, and we arent going to be after some petty misdemeanor charge. We will be looking for prison terms.
