Signs and wonders refer to miraculous events or phenomena that demonstrate God’s power and presence. Signs and wonders in the Bible are miraculous events that signify deeper spiritual truths, showcasing God’s presence and authority.

Especially the strange, shocking, and/or chaotic. Some examples are:

• the plagues of Egypt
• the parting of the Red Sea
• various miracles performed by Jesus and the apostles, which underline divine intervention in human affairs.

Historical Context: Signs and wonders appear during pivotal moments in biblical history, affirming God’s promises and encouraging trust in His plans. Many signs and wonders offer hope and restoration to believers, and reinforce faith through visible manifestations of His power.

I also remember the visible dry bones, the lunatic in the grave yard, Jesus saying, "Lazarus rise," and the Transfiguration

Back during Jesus' time they had weapons, but they did not have guns and bullets. Today many of the signs and wonders we get will be done by guns and bullets. That truth angers many. They prepare themselves to charge like a bull to debate the truth. However, we know that several presidents were killed by guns and bullets, so were several of our prominent civil rights leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Often times those events were signs and wonders of things to come.
