Should Trump receive the Nobel Peace Prize

Kissinger received it, Arafat received it, why not trump?

B. Hussein Obama did too, and all he did was bomb the Libyan government out of existence and allow radical ISIS terrorists take it over. Then he fully supported ISIS terrorists in Syria.

Trump needs no prize, the defeat and humiliation of the Democrats is a prize that won't soon be topped!

With the events that took place in the last day or so should Trump receive the Nobel Peace Prize
Trump desperately wants one.

From the Middle East to putting the PANIC in HisPANIC it is a tossup for me. So I am undecided

Just looking at 1 thing (not considering all the rest of the shitty things Trump has done), does it for me.

Talking about a peace prize?

No, this is a failure to fix that cannot be excused, given that he promised/vowed that he would do so:

No, that would ruin the spirit of the award since tainted by liberals for Obama, who recd the award because he's black.

I find comfort when liberal scholars deny the truth and entertain lies. It's a point of validation.

Why would failure be a reason to earn a Peace Prize?

This is as biased a comment as it can be. Obama NEVER supported ISIS or terrorists.

What happened in Syria is a topic of discussion that has people of both sides of the issue, but it was NEVER about supporting terrorists.

While President Obama led the decision to intervene militarily in Libya, and his administration cited humanitarian grounds and an international mandate for doing so, the intervention's success and its long-term impact remain contentious issues with both justifications and critiques, and no single view is universally accepted.

Obama's State of the Union address, Jan. 12, 2016

Both Al Qaida and now ISIL pose a direct threat to our people, because in today’s world, even a handful of terrorists who place no value on human life, including their own, can do a lot of damage. They use the Internet to poison the minds of individuals inside our country; their actions undermine and destabilize our allies. We have to take them out.

We need to call them what they are: killers and fanatics who have to be rooted out, hunted down, and destroyed.

And that’s exactly what we’re doing. For more than a year, America has led a coalition of more than 60 countries to cut off ISIL’s financing, disrupt their plots, stop the flow of terrorist fighters, and stamp out their vicious ideology. With nearly 10,000 air strikes, we are taking out their leadership, their oil, their training camps, their vicious ideology.

Should Trump receive the Nobel Peace Prize...

Well... for which category?

But, then again... if it were possible to make the Nobel any less meaningless than it has been since it was awarded to Barack Obama, then giving it to Trump would certainly accomplish that...

Obama fully supported radical Sunni Muslim terrorists or “rebels” that wanted to overthrow the more moderate and secular Assad government.

They had the exact same political goals as ISIS. Which means it really was ISIS under a different name.
