Should the FCC and FDA have the cast of characters on CNBC arrested

Dude, all the clowns on there are so full of shit. One of the many examples, almost everyone of the regulars and guests told the world to dump APPLE stock a few months ago. A federal agency should have them appear to admit what they said and have them promise to not do it again.

Apple is about to split 7 to 1 and after that happens it will once again be at a street price that regular people can buy and it's going to skyrocket. I'm holding my position for the foreseeable future.

It's hard to keep track of federal agencies but I think the SEC has jurisdiction in stock manipulation. I would imagine that Rush Limbaugh would have been indicted but Holder wouldn't dare go after CNBS.
