Should LGBT Be Outlawed ?

Adults can do what they want.. chop your dick off and grow tits, i dont care.. but no to puberty blockers and trans surgeries for under 18s. Gays don’t bother me.

Please, enlighten me. How is it your business that two dudes are kissing each other on a park bench?
It is disturbing to see perverts being perverted. In fact, SICKENING
And if a law was passed prohibiting it, it would then be everyone's business.

70% of straight males molest little girls?

I’m going to need citations on that.
Give me a break. I cited the percentage suggested by another. I did not say that 70% of the straight male population was molesting little girls. That figure indicated that of the few males that do rape, 70% of a very low number are straight. Your apology is accepted.

I doubt Trump has been to church more than a few times since compulsory chapel at the military boarding school he attended.
If he even went then , he might have paid someone else to go in.his place .

They had laws like that years ago. They realized they were wrong. This is a road we should never want to go down again. Minorities have to be protected from the tyranny of the misguided majority.Fortunately most people know better.

Example : if 2 guys are sitting on a park bench, in full public view, and kissing each other, shouldn't they be arrested and jailed ?

Not unless heterosexual PDAs are illegal as well. I wouldn’t care to watch two men kissing, but my offense doesn’t cancel out their rights.

So? why are you telling me this? Using ^that^ as a guideline according to chi-co Carter would be the one teaching his daughter about "a rock to the forehead" as a Christian bible thing not trump.
Carter's life and works reflected that assertion
Nothing about trump's life indicates he is. Christians have to deal in.good faith with others , not judge and definitely not call them the enemy. .

The U.S. Constitution does not explicitly mention LGBTQ+ individuals or issues. However, constitutional interpretations and judicial decisions have evolved over time to extend rights and protections to LGBTQ+ individuals through various amendments and legal principles.

Key Supreme Court cases have played crucial roles in advancing LGBTQ+ rights.

For instance, in Lawrence v. Texas (2003), the Court struck down sodomy laws, affirming the right to privacy and personal liberty.

In United States v. Windsor (2013), the Court ruled that the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) was unconstitutional, thereby recognizing same-sex couples for federal benefits.

Most significantly, in Obergefell v. Hodges (2015), the Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage nationwide, grounding the decision in the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses.

Additionally, the Constitution's broad guarantees of liberty and equality have been invoked to support LGBTQ+ rights.

Over time, societal attitudes have shifted, and protections for LGBTQ+ individuals have been increasingly recognized at both state and federal levels, reflecting a growing understanding of equality and civil rights.

While LGBTQ+ rights are not explicitly outlined in the Constitution, judicial interpretations continue to shape the legal landscape, affirming the principle that all individuals deserve equal protection under the law.

It’s too late to expel LGBTQ+ members from this blue planet. It’s better to live peacefully. You wouldn’t want to witness a civil war between conservatives and the LGBTQ+ communities, right? :)

Jesus never did have a girlfriend or wife, most unusual.
Actually there are texts that were not incorporated into the Bible that included his wife and children.

Persecuted minorities are protected from the tyranny of the majority. Gays definitely fit for not that category.

Outlawed?

No.

Just pushed back into the closet again.

Purge the military and as much of the DoD as is sensible.

Get males out of female's bathrooms and sports.

Get LGBTQ propaganda-filth out of school libraries and curricula.

Legislate to make those things a permanent state of affairs, even if it's a matter of re-interpreting constitutional or statute law.

That should be enough.

Meaning, to you really think it is accidental?
Really?
One is on purpose, the other is not. The one that's not is spontaneous, as love is supposed to be. Acts of affection are spontaneous.

Two men seeking out a public place just to show off with lewd acts is on purpose.

So the question is >> shouldn't it BE the law?

I don't think so. I was raised that making out in public was not couth or something nice people do I would rather see that kind of cultural taboo be the norm and handle it via good manners than criminalize it. There are plenty of offenses to criminalize. I don't think inappropriate public affection rises to that level.

If it progressed beyond public affection to public nudity, intercourse and such then yeah. That would exceed what should be the norm for public decency. At least in American culture.

As long as two people are of legal age in the state they are in and BOTH consenting, and doing nothing obscene.
Then no.

I've seen more obscenity from straights in public than I ever have from gays.
Walking around groping each other, walking around with each others hands DOWN EACH OTHERS PANTS, guys scratching their dicks in public, girls wearing see thru clothes, girls scraching their asses and "digging for gold" and then sniffing their fingers (WHAT is it with that deranged shit?), etc........

Closets are no place for anyone to.live. Not going back to.the paranoia that fueled the 50's. Americans know better now. The real perverts are the people who dwell on other people's lives and plot against them.

Ummm, does the good poster 'Protectionist' seek some sort of discipline on a poster responding to bible references by another poster?

WTH?
What is it, poster 'protectionist' that you fear about discussion and responses on assertions about the bible? Should poster Lassie be reported for bringing up her bible in the thread?

Or, alternatively, are you objecting to the bible in general, or that your postings about your fear of homosexuality are being met with ridicule and derision?

Which of the two is it?

I can help you on the bible stuff, but.......but you are on your own in handling the satire and ridicule your posts are being subjected to.

Good luck. ;) ;)
Too many silly distortions to be worth bothering with.
