Sorry bout that,

1. All the sueing going on, people of all sorts can claim anything, poor bastards, clients of these lawyers need to be held responsible for thier clients loses.
2. If they have a good case and want to sling thier shit on the courts walls, then they can pay out of thier own pocket when they loose.
3. It would stop a lot of these false accusations, and or these trial lawyers will slow down who they are hired to sue.
4. In so doing, they have to have concrete evidence, not just hearsay.
5. How say you?

Sorry bout that,

1. This was the last of June, I posted this tread, and still no one here has ANY opinion on this.
2. Either there are a lot of smucks in here, or its one of those * Who gives a shit what CWN * thinks.
3. I chanllege you to post your two cents, even if i have to pay you a quarter in change.
4. I think what I proposed is worthy of some thought, way back there in the deep corners of your mind, think about it.
5. If that was a possibility, what I project, wouldnt we see less suits, cause lawyers will be careful who they allow to be hired of.
