Anybody who is HIV positive should be allowed AIDS/HIV medication. The drugs that have been developed have provided life and quality of life to many. I don't know of any health insurance that would not pay for it.

Developing better drugs to deal with AIDS was a pet project of Trump 45 and I doubt he has abandoned it in this term of office.

PrEP is pretty cheap with insurance. I am not sure there is a moral or an economic reason not to give people access to it.
