should every state in the US put a wall around their borders?

no, people just show valid ID and they can get in.

simple

And travel will become so much more streamlined with checkpoints at every border. Out west, no biggie. The northeast? Not so much.

Besides, at a time when people are worried about a police state, having to "show your papers" to move around inside your own country is asking for trouble.

I doubt it.

Beats terrorists coming into our country in any case

So stop them at the border. But having a border wall between every state is insanity.
If we have 4 more years of this insanity

we do not appear to have a CHOICE in the matter.

Yes, we have a choice. And the right choice is to beef up security at the actual borders and leave the state lines alone.

yes, we see that happening, don't we?

Dimocrats apparently are looking away. They seem to have completely missed the hell they have unleashed on this country. I truly believe they are not understanding what is going on here.
The third-world is flooding in, and there simply is no end in sight.

I disagree. They do SEE. They just don't care. They need VOTES in the upcoming elections.

But again, I know human nature and certainly not all the illegals will WANT even what they were "given"... although it certainly was not a given absolutely because someone has to pay for their needs being met.

In any case, some may even vote D the first years they are able to vote but after awhile they will start thinking:

"I don't want bunch of strangers in my new country... Dangerous! My family not safe! I no vote for dims again!"
